Zoning tool

The zoning tool allows you to view clients and prospects on the map according to their zones.

You can access this report in two ways. Directly in the general catalog, in the Main menu:

Or in the Zones menu on the Map option:

The zoning tool can help you plan out routes according to your planned deliveries for each day.

The zoning tool can also be used for:

Identify if there are any clients assigned to multiple zones
Identify and select overloaded zones
Identify and adjust zones by their geographical limits (cities, suburbs, etc.)

IMPORTANT: The zoning tool only shows clients whose location has been previously determined. If the client's location is unknown, you'll need to register a visit to obtain their location automatically, or manually add their coordinates in the client catalog.
